Join the Run for HER team for a cozy, soul-deep weekend away.

This weekend is designed to help you breathe again amidst the up-hills of life. Through story-driven teaching, listening moments, and shared laughter, our speaker, Jen will guide us through the messy tension of “all and nothing” - facing the belief that it’s all on us…and the freedom in realizing it’s actually not.

Participation in R4H is not required, all adult women welcome.
